According to Amnesty International, the U.S.-led coalition's offensive against ISIS in Raqqa killed nearly 10 times more civilians than the U.S. military has acknowledged. The Indian government have approved $1.43 billion for its first manned space mission, set to launch in 2022 with a three-person crew.
